Homepage Copy Pack

$499 USD once, before applicable tax. One homepage, one business, one main reader, up to eight sections and 1,200 words total including up to four FAQs. Human review and one consolidated round of changes. White-label use is included.

Changes within the original brief may be requested within 14 calendar days. Introduced errors do not use that allowance. A new audience, main offer, additional pages, or multiple complete directions require separately agreed scope.

readiness check: one business day. First version: three business days after accepted intake. Revision: two business days after accepted feedback. Customer reply time is additional. Your accepted order confirms dates.

Brief-fit guarantee

Report a material mismatch within 14 days of first delivery and allow correction. If corrected work still materially misses the accepted brief, request a refund within seven days of the correction. Coverage is the actual writing-pack price paid, not membership, hosting, or other third-party expenses. It is not a sales or satisfaction-with-every-possible-style guarantee.

cancellation: refund before production starts or if the project is declined as unsuitable. These terms apply to your accepted order.

Optional purchases

Agency membership: $199/month, plus $299 for every homepage pack during an active paid membership. No packs are included. Membership and packs are separate purchases. Cancel before renewal; current paid-cycle benefits and existing deliveries remain available.

HTML Starter: $299 once per eligible homepage. Requires a paid pack, delivered human-reviewed copy, and your acceptance of the exact copy version. One chosen layout, responsive HTML/CSS, a standard content export, and a handoff note. One bounded layout-adjustment request; no new copywriting, integrations, or hosting.

HTML defect policy: report delivered-file defects within 14 days. We correct defects against the agreed version and scope. If a material code-scope mismatch cannot be corrected, the remedy covers the add-on fee, not the completed writing or third-party costs. No unconditional design-satisfaction guarantee is created here.

Use, rights, and production

You must have permission to share all supplied material. You and your named client may edit, brand, and publish the delivered work. Our reusable templates and methods remain separate from your commissioned copy. Third-party assets retain their own licenses. No exclusive copyright in every AI-assisted phrase or technical pattern is promised.

You approve factual accuracy and regulated claims before publishing. Your developer owns hosting, domains, security configuration, integrations, analytics, and compliance testing in the final deployed environment. Work and site files use different version records.
