What happens after payment?
Send your short brief. Within one business day, we confirm it is ready or explain what is missing. Your first version is due within three business days after acceptance. We email you when the private copy document is ready.

What happens if I cancel or the project doesn’t fit?
Orders cancelled before production starts, or declined as unsuitable, are refunded under the launch policy. If delivered copy materially misses the accepted brief, the brief-fit guarantee provides correction and, if still unresolved, a refund of the pack price paid. New audience, offer, or extra pages are new scope. The service terms apply to every order.
