We confirm your delivery date before writing. Your round of changes is returned within two business days of accepted feedback. Time waiting for your replies is additional. Your accepted order confirms the delivery date.

Your included round of changes covers wording, tone, and emphasis within the original brief. Send all feedback together within 14 calendar days of first delivery. A new main audience, offer, or extra pages is new work. Errors we introduce are corrected without using your round of changes.

Yes. Give us your section order and any copy-length limits before we start. Or let us suggest a simple order. Either way, the pack covers one homepage with up to eight sections and 1,200 words total, including up to four FAQs. It is not a custom developer specification.

Thriveful writes, edits, and reviews the copy using your brief and supplied information. A human copy editor approves the complete version before delivery. You confirm your business facts before publishing.

An important mismatch with the brief we accepted. Report it within 14 calendar days of first delivery and allow us to correct it. If the corrected work still materially misses that brief, request a refund within seven calendar days of the correction. This covers the pack price actually paid, not membership fees or third-party costs. It is not an unconditional satisfaction or performance guarantee. Read the guarantee terms.

$199 per month, plus $299 for every homepage pack during an active paid membership. Membership and packs are separate purchases; no packs are included. Two packs total $797, saving $201 compared with buying separately. Three total $1,096, saving $401, or about $365 per pack including membership. Seven total $2,292, saving $1,201. No purchases still means a $199 membership charge. There is no monthly order-count cap, but fulfillment is subject to capacity. Cancel before renewal to stop the next charge; current paid-cycle benefits and purchased deliveries remain available. All amounts USD before applicable tax.
